Frank and Liz helped us to extend and restructure our old cottage to provide a wonderful light and airy living space. They were friendly and helped us at every step of the way from drawing plans, getting planning permission, find a suitable builder and party wall specialist. i would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to make structural changes to their house.

Frank & Liz prepared the architectural design plans for a single storey house extension. This included full build and construction details to comply with current Building Regulations. Really pleased with the result. They also provided appropriate tender documents to enable us to select a suitable builder. The extension is now nearing completion. Highly recommended

Frank & Liz came round for tea and biscuits one sunny afternoon in 2020 to discuss our plans for extending our lovely old cottage in Oxhill.It's now July 2022 and we are sat having tea & biscuits in our beautiful, sunny and bright newly-finished kitchen extension, enjoying the views and space that they helped us create. Most professional, very courteous and knowledgeable, they tweaked our rough plans into material reality and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result - thanks both!

I was given Frank and Liz's details from a respected local builder. They have provided plans for my rear kitchen extension and then latterly my loft extension. They were knowledgeable and easy to work with, and assisted with the process including structural engineer recommendations. The builders in both cases were able to work with them to ensure we got a good quality renovation. Would recommend.
