The whole place is visibly dirty ,with dirty cups on most tables ,sticky patches on the chairs and food/drink splashes on the walls .the floor looks like it hasn't been swept in some time and I'm glad I'm not the parent of a small child as the high chairs are caked in food .I will not be returning.Such a shame as all the other Starbucks in the area are lovely

It is what it is.Friendly staff.Good place to sit and get on with a bit of work with a hot drink.Always a little cold inside, so bring a jumper!Good selection of drinks but doesn't always have to be so sweet, you can ask to reduce the amount of syrup pumps"!Toilets have always been on the cleaner side of things.Well managed and well staffed place.Nice and quiet later in the day."

Always dirty/messy no matter how quiet it is and we have had to clear a table every time I've been. The chairs and floors are quite sticky and there is usually food on the floor which can be quite dangerous when they welcome dogsThe drinks are made to a very very poor standard, the milk is always textured badly with exception to the lady in the black apron.We have also had repeat issues with accessibility

Once again they get a simple order wrong.Ordered 2 toffee nut lattes at the drive through, only to get home a few miles away to find only 1 is the drink ordered and another just a plain latte.This is the third time from this store in recent history this has happened.Is it really that hard to get 2 drinks as ordered?The guy serving was nice enough but I can’t give more stars as the service in general, by default of getting the wrong drinks again, is poor!

Only 4 star because I ordered a hot drink and after going back through the order twice I got it iced instead, the vanilla chai was still nice cold though.

Run by kids again. They have no social skills, no selling skills, no sense of looking after a restaurant/cafe. No one seems to manage these places. There were loads of empty tables and not one was clean or free of left overs from departed customers. We really get fed up with going in a restaurant/cafe and you end up clearing your own table so you can sit down.The staff had no sense of humour, it's like being ignored and dismissed all in one, because we are now the older generations. I really wish they could be transported forward in time to when they are in their 60s and just see how rude and ignorant the younger generations treat us older generations these days. And it is almost entirely everywhere you go unless the staff are in their 30's/40's when they have started to feel their youth being stripped away from them by time and the younger generations around them. Rant over. But please train these younger generations and manage them better cus its put us off going back to this Starbucks.

Decent little place in the middle of grimsby. Not much to say. The staff were nice and the coffees we ordered were amazing. Very good place

Clean and warm, it wasn't very busy. Staff were friendly enough. Ordered 2 drinks to sit in, 1 of which was served in a takeaway cup.

Place is disgusting. All empty tables but not one is clean, dirty pots every where and filthy floors. Staff don't seem interested to clean up. Ive asked my friend to meet me somewhere else as the hygiene has put me off.
