Totley Pharmacy

I was visiting Sheffield from the US and a relative booked my departure test with the pharmacy as they could get the results to me on a quick turnaround. Despite them being very busy on New Years Eve, they were able to get my test taken, give me a verbal OK so I could travel to London and when I emailed them for the results about 5 hours later they responded quickly and provided all the documentation I needed. The price for the tests was very reasonable given the prices quoted elsewhere. I would recommend the pharmacy for people heading overseas that need tests and result to be done quickly and efficiently.

Fab service. My pharmacy was closed, so it was sent here. The pharmacy closed before I was able to collect so the pharmacist called me after it had closed and arranged for me to collect it so I could start taking my antibiotics. Brilliant service with employees who actually care.

I went in a couple weeks ago with a big allergic reaction on my eye I was unsure as to what I should do so I went to the pharmacist to ask for some help and they couldn’t have been more helpful. One man helped me and spent lots of time looking at my eye and figuring out what the issue was and offered me two solutions he was absolutely great and I couldn’t have gone anywhere better. I would highly recommend going to this pharmacy as they are all extremely friendly and happy to help in emergencies, prescriptions and general advice.

I can't praise this pharmacy enough for the service I received.I needed a day 2 PCR test with same day results due to work commitments. I emailed then called the pharmacy from overseas for this service but unfortunately they were fully booked. A short while later they got back in touch saying they could squeeze me in.On arrival at the pharmacy I was told the rules had now changed and only a cheaper lateral flow test was required and that they would be happy to refund the difference to me which I received in under 48hrs.They didn't have to do this but because of their honesty and goodwill gesture they will definitely get my custom when I fly back home again in March.I can't recommend them enough for the high standard of service I received.

We needed a PCR Test with results back the same day which we booked a couple of weeks in advance. The results were back exactly on time as expected and sent via email on the same day. We would definitely recommend and use this pharmacy again, the gentleman in charge was very friendly and reassuring. Fantastic service.

I cannot even begin to express my thanks to the team at Totley Pharmacy for their help today. The staff, especially Dr Singh, were just amazing… professional, courteous and helpful… and they really helped me deal with and resolve a potentially very stressful problem. If I could give them more than five stars I would… they truly take customer service to a whole new level. Thank you.

An absolutely wonderful pharmacy. Personal, caring service unlike any other pharmacy I’ve used. My wife needed emergency medication and they went above and beyond and truly helped us out. Thank you SO much
