Oven stopped working 2 days after being cleaned. Everyone we interacted with very polite and professional, but clearly not willing to offer any compensation or assistance- and just use the tick sheet and photos upon job description as a way to waive all liability. It’s a very expensive service I now we have extra costs to fix the oven. Wouldn’t recommend.

Local service able to respond quickly on bookings. Oven nicely clean afterwards. Slight disappointment is the demand for upfront payment with booking, and my appointment time was impacted by difficulties at the preceding venue. Will likely use again because they are local rather than some anonymous national booking service/franchise.

The cleaners arrived on time,they were clean,polite and friendly. Talked me through the cleaning process. Gave good advice on how to keep oven clean. Very happy with their work.

Do not use this companyPayment is requested upfront and when an issue is reported they do not take any responsibility for their poor workmanshipThe engineer cleaned our oven which was acceptable however the rails were not put back correctly which caused the trays to slope, we corrected that ourselvesThe main complaint was that our induction hob, which is glass, he scraped the surface with a razor blade and solvent.It was after he had left our premises that we noticed a number of scratches on the surface in the direction that he used the bladeThe customer relations that called us after many attempts by us to get a response stated that they would not visit to examine the damaged hob and that they considered the matter closed.As a company please take ownership of your engineers poor workmanship.Not a company I would recommend to anyone
