We cannot thank Jamie and the team enough. What was a very stressful 10 months, Jamie and the team eased the burden. We knew Jamie would be on the phone to the lender to ensure the mortgage was sorted and would chase multiple times a day if required. What can be such an uncertain time, Jamie kept us updated and would ring or email beyond his working hours - I’m sure he was in the hospital greeting his newborn child and still contacted us to provide us with updates on the mortgage!!Neil was fantastic in setting up our life and critical illness cover, making sure we got our best value for money.Jamie and the team were very friendly and by the end of the 10month process felt like we knew them really well! The whole team are very knowledgeable and professional, they would be able to provide further background information on the ‘why’s’ when asked.The whole team go above and beyond to make sure you get your dream home. Best decision I've made was to be apart of that group as without it I wouldn't have know where to start.Jamie has been excellent from start to finish on the buying process and still continuing to help and share his experience going forward with the renovations.
