They did a really god job doing a scan and reset which fixed a problem on my Citroen which other garages had not been able to diagnose. Petrol consumption and performance returned to normal. Big relief: I knew something was not right. Also fixed a radio aerial problem caused by corrosion for less than they quoted.I’m very pleased and recommend them.

I contacted Monro regarding the simple replacement of a couple of illumination bulbs in my Corsa dashboard. A 10 minute job according to a video I saw on YouTube. They said they only had one technician and he was busy nonstop for at least three weeks. Obviously weren’t interested in doing the work.

Best in the borders for anything Auto electrical. Fixed an issue with my 2018 Ford ranger and can't fault them really reasonably priced too.

These guys helped me in an hour of need when I was broken down on a set of traffic lights last year. They came out to help me get moving even although they don't perform a breakdown service within minutes of my call. They then did a fantastic job of diagnosing and fixing the problem with my van. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Unfortunately a bad review this time. I popped in to see about getting numerous bits and bobs for a new work van. Was told they'd get back to me the next day. No call, reached out them, was told the next day again. Just over a month later... still no call. Shame as the guy at the store was actually really friendly and seemed like he'd be helpful!

My air conditioning was not working, they said it needed gas so I told them to go ahead. It worked fine for a couple of days but then failed again. Have tried to get them to look at it again but all I get is promises to call me back but they don't. Appalling customer service.
