Would post a zero review if I could!!!! Just left their shop crying. I booked in my wedding dress in March to get steamed today ready for Saturday. I needed it doing in 2 days which they agreed they would multiple times on emails. Sent a reminder email a couple weeks ago they agreed they could still do it. Went in there and they refused. Awful woman on the counter saying it’s not possible to do even though I’m showing her proof they agreed they could. She then said well you’re not going to get anywhere in 2 days now. So I said yes because you have now screwed me over!

Took my daughter’s wedding dress in as it got marked before she even wore it. The friendly helpful staff had it overnight and I was able to collect the next day with all marks gone. Best of all they didn’t charge me anything as it didn’t need a full dry clean! Highly recommend

i popped in this morning on the off chance that i could get some bedding dry which consisted of a duvet cover sheet and pillow cases thankfully they did do this for me even tho they dont usually do a laundry as the lady told me i was extremly gratefull as i was visiting town to see family and had no way to dry the bedding i asked the lady how much would it be and she said dont worry we will sort out when items picked up.On returnimg to collect i was shocked to hear that it cost 10 pounds the only reason i know this is way to expensive as i am manager of one of the leading dry cleaners in the country in birmimgham i do this day in and day out and theres no way i would charge 10 pounds to dry one bedding set wash and dry maybe but just to dry definately not.Lovely staff members but over charging will always keep the costomers from retuning

Dry cleaner service poor. Stains where still in suit after dry cleaning and they still charged me.

I had some keys cut . Quick service and friendly staff. Previous times I've had watch straps changed, new batteries installed in watches and clothes cleaned. They clean duvets too but it can be a bit expensive. You have to pay for quality however. Always ready on time.

A zip fixed and a cuff stitched back on £26!I won’t be using this shop again!Way overpriced and took 2 weeks to do!

Rude staff, laughed at when they evidently shrunk a coat that was brought in fit before coming in the store now it Dosent fit at all. Do anything to cover up their lies nothing but RUDE and just talk absolutely nonsense.
