FTC Academy

I signed up with FTC academy at the beginning of the first covid lockdown for the level 2 and 3 certifications and was assigned Shaun as my tutor. With a lot of the initial work being online it was ideal to complete at home, but Shaun was always at the end of a phone/email to guide me through bits where I got stuck.The real fun started when gyms reopened and we were able to complete our ‘in person’ contact days.Now, I’ve been training in gyms for over 20 years, have always kept myself fit and competed in several fitness model/bodybuilding competitions so thought I knew a lot already. However I was soon pleasantly surprised that there was so much for me still to learn and was guided through this process with the academy set up. Again Shaun was always at the end of the phone or made himself available for me to drop in and run ideas past him when programming for my assignments, meaning I was totally prepared For my final assessments.I can’t recommend FTC academy enough. The fact that it’s based in one of the best gyms around at FTC is a great bonus, with second to none facilities. I recently did my level 3 personal training course through FTC academy, they were really good, very professional and helpful. Shaun was my tutor and he helped me a lot where I got stuck. I will defienlty be doing other courses with these guys. I have learnt a lot and I am wanting to learn more, they have so much knowledge :).

I completed both my Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Training with FTC Academy.The support and mentoring throughout the duration of the course from my tutor, Shaun Gudge, was so reassuring and insightful into the world of health and fitness. Shaun is an excellent tutor and a wealth of knowledge! He helped me a lot with the course material and practical part of the course. Even now, after I’m fully qualified, Shaun continues to support me whenever I need.The team was very understanding during the Covid times and extended the course duration, which was really helpful.I highly recommend FTC Academy to people looking to further their knowledge and start a new, interesting and exciting career pathway!

Great place to learn with some fantastic tutors, I am hoping to go back and complete some additional courses here in the future.
