I highly recommend Liz for physiotherapy and pilates classes. I have had two budged discs over the years and Liz provided excellent advice, treatment and care that helped me back on my feet. Liz has many years' experience which shows in the diagnosis and treatment. She is professional and kind, and genuinely cares for her clients. The pilates classes are for all levels and I quickly progressed with her guidance and support. Based on your assessment during the pilates consultation, she will advise if you should avoid any of the exercises and suggest alternatives during the class, plus any particular ones that you should practice at home. My posture and core strength has massively improved so recommend to all.
