I’m still shaken from my experience this morning. I had an appointment at 11:05am, I got a call from head office at 11:14am saying I was late and that the appointment would be cancelled. I told her I was already in front of the clinic, she stated that I was late. I said that there were times I had also been delayed by the clinic and had to wait but it was OK, I would cancel, and could I get a refund, she said I would not get a refund. I then said well it wasn’t acceptable and that I would go into the office to speak to a manager and she raised her voice saying I shouldn’t step into the office, I shouldn’t go into the office. I was so confused at the aggression and hate that this person was directing at me for being 9 minutes late. I went into the office anyway and met with the sonographer and receptionist who were a lot more understanding and spoke in a polite, humane way. I have made a complaint and asked that the call be listened to and escalated but been told the calls are not recorded. I don’t believe that I should ever have been spoken to in that way. No one should. I cannot fault the people in the branch but the head office staff who surprisingly is a manager there needs to be retrained. There is no way a sustainable business can employ a staff who is so lacking in basic human manners or decency. She was rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend based solely on this horrible experience.

Shocking service compared to other early scan clinics in the area. I spoke to reception to advise that I had come down with stomach bug and could I reschedule appointment. I was met with attitude on well this is short notice and need 48 hrs etc . I tried to explain that as we all know illnesses do not give notice and to make a point jokely that I could come but wouldn’t want to infect people, of which I was told how unkind I was for early morning, I mean come on! I am pregnant, extremely ill and some empathy compared to smart comments and lack of help was what I was met with. I could not take anymore so said charge me if you wish and hung up, then was sent a text message with similar passive aggressive response. The people who work in this clinic should be trained to understand that clinic having early scans maybe due to trauma and then a terrible illness on top, I was trying to be polite to call and advise that I couldn’t make it as oppose to not showing up. I don’t leave bad reviews but I’m so upset and angry and how I was dealt with and then said person tried to turn on me. DO NOT use this clinic if you wish to be treated respectfully
