Made a hard job look easy. Very pleasant engineer kept us tuned in with every aspect of the job. Came back the next day to cure an obsolite leak that I probobly caused many years ago and no extra charge. They will be doing our annual Boiler sevice from now on. Very pleasent experience...

Hot water stopped working Sunday night, rang Neil Rhucroft Heating Services Monday morning, and Neil did all he could to get one of his lads across the same day.Only started using them a few years ago, but have had Neil, and also his 2 staff do our boiler servicing, and some repairs. Genuinely wouldn’t go elsewhere now. Friendly, professional and totally reliable. Highly recommend!

Huge thank you to Neil and his team for the service they provided to me.We wanted 2 new radiators fitted, which they sourced for us as 1 was a vertical.Quote was very competitive so very good on priceCraig our installer was exceptionally good and it is a breath of fresh air to know that he took the time and effort to keep me updated with any issues. When one did arise, with damage to one of the radiators he was on the phone to the company asking for recompense.All told I am very happy with the installation and Craig left the site tidy.Would recommend and will use again for any future issues or needs.

I asked if they could service my combi boiler and they were able to give me a quick appointment and a reasonable price. The engineer was polite, courteous and tidies everything up when he had finished. He also gave me helpful advice regarding further work or renewing my boiler without any hard sell or attempt to push for one choice or another. He explained my options and is sending me a cost for each option so I can make my own mind up - a refreshing change from some trades people.

A detailed quote was provided, by arrangement, within a few days of my contacting Checkatrade. The engineer who undertook the work arrived very promptly, informed me exactly what he would be doing in order to effect the installation, and kept me informed throughout the process. On completion, he made a point of making sure I was happy with what had been done, and reassured me that I should contact him in the event of any subsequent problems arising. He needed to bleed radiators throughout the house, some of which were not easy to access. Polite, helpful and efficient. Completely delighted!

Neil and his team provided options for replacement of our ancient back-boiler system. The new kit was supplied in good time. The installation took a few days and there were a few issues to overcome, all done with professionalism and expertise. Easy to work with, good with comms and will be happy to use the team again for any further work.

Can’t praise Neil, Vicky and lads enough, been using Neil for a good few years now, always top class service from all the team, very professional from dealing with Vicky, to the lads, punctual, friendly & honest service . Bent over backwards recently to help me resolve a heating issue. Was stuck with no heating, not ideal with a young child, No problem was to much , resolved in quick sharp time. Top team and service.
