Visited this store today and was absolutely appalled by the way a member of staff was treated by someone I can only assume was a manager. She called one of the girls over, loudly for enough customers to hear including myself, patronising her and telling her she'd done a terrible job at organising the shelves. She then called another member of staff over to further ridicule her and laughed at her attempts. I was stunned at the sheer lack of respect in this manager's attitude and feel this should have been approached in a way that isn't completely unprofessional. Stinking attitude.

Wonderful shop full of amazing house plants. Healthy plants, friendly staff. Well, worth a visit, especially the sale table. I bought 3 reduced plants for £20. There's a paying carpark opposite or can park 30 minutes free on Alma Road (dont forget to get a ticket out parking metre, though).

An absolute delight. The staff were friendly and efficient. The quality of the plants is first class. Interesting selection of pots. And present type products. Also good chocs.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful! I visit regularly and one employee in particular is always extremely accommodating and lovely - once they even offered to hold my heavy belongings behind the counter whilst I looked around the store. There’s a great selection of plants and also a cute botanical book section at the back. Whilst the prices are sometimes a little higher than other stores, it’s fair when the shop is so lovely and the service is the way it is.

Really friendly staff.. cannot fault that! However.. the plant I purchased is riddled with thrips! Not something I noticed in store, but to be honest if one plant has them.. then all surrounding plants will have them too. Think more focus on the health of the plant is needed. My plant is currently in isolation due to fear of wiping out my collection of plants at home.
