Nice cup of coffee, and very nice BLT. Staff were friendly and helpful, even invited us inside with the dog when we took a chilly table outdoors. Nice place for a light lunch.

Review for The Gallery coffee shop. Absolutely lovely place to go for lunch and coffee! We took my mother here and she was really impressed. We also bought some hand made chocolates on our way put. Will definitely be back

This place is actually called the gallery. We visit whenever we are in Frinton. Reasonably priced and a short walk from the beach. In the summer they have an ice cream parlour outside.

Went here yesterday after sitting there for five minutes with the table left with plates on cleared they cleared the other tables, so went to a clean table, then i went to the counter to order food and drinks to be told there not doing food at lunchtime is a utter disgrace thanks for nothing won't be going back could of told us when we walked in

Staff are friendly, helpfully.Cases coffee house is a lovely place for a coffee, tea, or other drinks, I went with a friend and we had toasted cheese sandwich which was presented well with a small side salad, your choice of bread.Clean, tidy, a nice atmosphere well recommended

This place is great if you want a light lunch/snack. It's a small place with some seating outside and a fresh ice cream stands out the front.The Jacket potatoes are cooked in proper ovens and the portions are huge! I can't recommend these enough!The only down side is the cutlery/glasses/plates are all a little unclean. The staff have are very friendly.

Awful. Stated on the menu they served milkshake but my mum asked and the lady said they don't have a machine for it management have asked her to mash it up in a glass but she would not do it. Mum asked for a bacon and cheese toastie she got a soggy sandwich not nice. I was charged 1.25 for a bag of crisps terribly overpriced. My sandwich was horrible with too much mayo. Very disappointed as it was my mums birthday and we wanted to celebrate.

Popped in for a coffee and cake. Looked like it had been busy however this no excuse not to clean down tables before next users. They had to be asked twice and seemed a little put out to do so.The extractors seemed out of order as it was a little smoky from cooking.The 2 young ladies front of house seemed preoccupied in checking their mobiles rather on the task at hand. Shame really as the produce was good. The 2 stars are purely for the produce and not the staff. Won't be back here!
