The staff were very friendly, helpful and not pushy. They even ask if we would like a drink. So excellent service and yes I would definitely use them again

Top quality products, staff incredibly helpful without putting any pressure on you to buy.Just been advised that the Hull store is closing down, absolutely appalled by the actions of the owners. So so disappointed for the lovely staff who have been dumped on . I wish them all the best for the future, hopefully they will find employment sooner rather than later one with a decent employer. Will never cross the doorway of Goldsmiths or WOS ever again.

Excellent personal attention to detail. Picked up an insurance replacement and feel I know the staff in store personally now after a pre-appointment phone call and several emails with store members. Nice follow up email from staff after collection. Great product and as a share holder of the WOS group, really nice to see this level of service

Lovely jewelers but I must admit I popped in one lunch in my work clothes and I did feel like the staff were looking down there nose at me. In the end I ordered online and opted for delivery. I personally felt that if you wasn't prepared to spend a considerable amount of money the staff weren't interested in helping you. That said the jewelry they offer is beatiful.

Extremely good service and we were able to do everything we needed. We were served by a staff member in a blue suit who was ever so helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service.

We got very well looked after today by Scott when buying a watch for my partners birthday. He was friendly and Knowledgeable and clearly has a passion for watches. We wouldn't hesitate to use Goldsmiths again.

A superb jeweller one who cares and who you can trust. They will bend over backwards to make sure you get what you require with the least fuss. Great service and a vast selection of jewellery and watches. I would definitely recommend them.

I have bought quite a few watches from this shop. Martin is who I always deal with and his knowledge of watches is first class and what makes it first class is that he is a watch lover too.The service from Martin is of such a very high standard that I’ve always gone back to him every time I wanted a new luxury watch.
