Ordered from Mr Cook through Deliveroo - my advise do not order from them. The food took 2 hours to arrive and was definitely not worth the wait. It was cold, substandard and lacklustre.

Food arrived on time but we were disappointed with the quality . The black pepper sauce was watery and flavourless. Chips and chicken wings were too salty and curry sauce substandard. There are better Chinese takeaways within a reasonable distance.

Wouldn’t recommend, no gravy the chips wasn’t even chippy chips more like a takeaway the curry sauce was green and tasted disgusting food wasn’t nice

I have made about 5 orders with Mr cook now and every one was delicious. Fish chips pees gravity. Beef curry egg fried rice. All was very nice and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Agree with other reviews on just eat that the food is salty, but this did not put me off ordering as I do enjoy salt. But be aware not to order if you dont enjoy salt and certainly taste the food before you attempt to put any salt on, everything was Very Very salty especially the curry sauce, which I felt take the skin off my lips!! it is that salty and this is a comment from a salt lover. Enjoyed the spring rolls and the chicken wings were nice and crispy, the noodles were a little disappointing for the price as unlike most chinese noodles there were no beansprouts or even onion just plain noodles which made them quite tasteless and dry. The chips were ok but not real chippy chips more like the oven chip version. Decent portions and quick delivery.

Very rude service and refuses to deliver to my address and charges me the price of the food and then doesnt deliver it.
