Absolutely shocking behaviour, wanted to try a jumper on and already had a jumper on but was told Im not allowed to try it on in a changing room by the member of staff working at 14th oct 2024 @9:53. Also the customers who were on the till at the time saw me outside body shop and said what she had done wasn’t right. £145 was the item I was going to buy but had a horrible start to my birthday.

Amazing shop very friendly staff but they don’t stick to the opening times it says on line I’ve been a few times when it says it’s open at 9 and then there’s a small note on the door saying not open till 10 or 11

Online service - Poor service and don’t care about sustainability.Bought a pair of walking boots and a few days later these had been reduced. Whilst these were still available in my size, they refused to price match and advised I had to return the other ones and purchase the lower priced item. Not great for customer service or sustainability. More packaging and posting required when all they needed to do was refund the difference. Very poor customer service, poor ethics and won’t be using this company again.

Went in on a Monday 23rd October a girl with brown hair at the desk really helped me didn’t get her name but she gave me good advice on how to wash my coat and get it back to normal thank u x
