It was going so well, I paid the deposit as asked and then it took him over 10 days to fit a few carpets. He refused to even take the existing carpets up. After he finally did the job, told me and sent me a text to say that he has a COVID positive test. /NHS test and trace have not been in touch with me. But he is still working today even though he should be isolating for 14 days. He then threatened me saying if I didn’t pay him right there right now then he’s just going to go back in to an empty property and rip up all the carpets. Rude, don’t use , lies. And spreading COVID-19 around."

Excellent service, very professional, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended. Pleasant friendly and nothing was a bother. Great job
