A really enjoyable experience. The chaps are all good at what they do. It’s easy to have a conversation about what you want or about any changes you’d like to make. The environment is clean, tidy and welcoming. The facilities make a trip a really treat. It’s also a great place to have a good chat with some friendly faces too. Highly recommend.

Everyman Barbers is my go to, and has been for some time. I initially went into Everyman barbers after receiving possibly the most shockingly awful haircut from the Turkish barbers across the road from them, and asked Everyman to fix it for me. The barber at the time smashed it out the park.As the aforementioned barber has since left, I began having my haircuts with Craig. Craig is not only extremely personable, but a master at his craft. He has built an excellent relationship with me as a customer and most importantly, listens to what I want. I have been seeing Craig regularly and he already knows what I want before I ask, but still has the courtesy to double check before proceeding.The customer service at Everyman is second to non from my own personal experience. Craig is knowledgable and will recommend me products to help achieve the style I am after, but I have never felt forced to buy them. Craig has also always been honest about if he believes a style will work, what challenges I could face in making it work and of which products to use, avoid, etc…If you want a fade second to non, a great experience and a friendly face, I would confidently recommend Craig, and Everyman Barbers.Please be aware that this is a luxury barber, and a fade and beard trim will cost ~£38.00, however for the experience, quality of work and the time taken perfecting the cut, I personally think it’s more than worth the money!

Matt’s looked after my hair for a few years now and has always done a grand job. Service at Everyman though is a different class. Complementary drink (hot, cold or alcoholic) on arrival, easy to book in with your preferred barber so no waiting either and your slot allows plenty of time for a quality cut!

Not worth £30 at all. Barber was rude, haircut was mid at best. Waste of money.

Following contact from the store I have changed my initial review rating. After numerous and sincere apologies from Craig, I was offered my money back and invited to have a free hair cut from the owner Aaron, to show how it should be done. I duly accepted and returned Saturday 23 September, really nice guy who apologised profusely and did a great job, even though it will probably take another 2-3 cuts in order to get it right, given how badly my hair was literally butchered on my first visit, I do have photos of it but quite frankly I'm to embarrassed to even show them.I decided to try out this barbers and left with the worst haircut I've ever received. I don't write many reviews but even though this was 6 days ago, I felt compelled to share my overwhelming disappointment, I was recommended to ask for Matt but I didn't realise there are 2 Matt's, and I clearly got the wrong one! I took photos when I got home and it is a hideous cut. It's worth reading all the reviews before you go there. The guy had great joy telling me how good and experienced he was so I put my trust in him, told him to trim the sides and lightly trim length on the top. He continued to just shave up the sides and over the top of one side of my head. The barber completely ignored everything I asked for. My friends, family and colleagues at work are all staggered at the cut! Clearly I will never go there again...

Always a great experience, been getting my hair cut there for about 5 months now and don’t have anything bad to say at all. Very reliable and personable, one of my favourite barbers i’ve been to. Matt and the rest of the team are unreal!

This is honestly one of the most welcoming barbers iv been to. It’s so easy to have a convocation about what you want and any changes you may need. When i went i used Matt. He was great he listen to what i wanted and he done it. The service is also great as soon as you walk in they greet you and offer you a drink from the fridge and these hardly ever a wait. This is definitely going to be my regular barber.

Honestly, the most welcoming team, always striving to go above and beyond. I’ve had my haircut by Aaron for the past 4/5 years and can confidently say, I’d never go elsewhere! The team at Solihull, deserve a mention as they are friendly, talented barbers who I’d be more than happy to have cut my hair. My partner has just visited the salon for a haircut after being highly recommended to the salon. Hearing such great reviews I'm disappointed and disgusted to hear how she was treated and shocked that she came home in floods of tears from the experience.As a woman who prefers shorter hair and cuts preferably done by a barber, she reached out to the barbers in advance to state she was looking for a gender neutral haircut as she finds hairdressers an uncomfortable situation to be in but also alot of barbers will not take her on as she is a woman. The email received from the social media team informed her that they are accepting of all genders and she would be welcome to book an appointment and they provide excellent service and haircuts regardless of a person gender. That all individuals are welcome. It was a shame that this definitely was not the case.On arriving today, the staff were nothing but rude, inappropriate and inconsiderate considering the diverse world we live in today. There were nothing but comments about how she was brave as a woman entering a room full of males to have her hair cut, and alot of repetition about how she is a female coming to a barbers and that she shouldn't of been able to book an appointment. That the social media team were wrong in allowing her to book an appointment. This was conversation that was repeated throughout the entirty of the cut she received in front of the whole salon. This could of been handled with professionalism and tact, but instead caused sheer embarrassment in a room full of people about herself and her individuality.On top of that they completely disregarded and didn't listen to what she actually wanted from her haircut and came away with a haircut she didn't even want. But was so embarrassed by the experience she would rather of left.Rude, unprofessional staff on all fronts and would not recommend this barbers regardless of gender.
