truck arrived to be offloaded on Friday and they couldn’t offload because no ramp available to offload.now is Tuesdaythey don’t reply.they said to the driver to depart without being offloadedI tried to contact them to find option and they hang up on me 3 times!no communication and co information!and they hang up on me.
