Worst chemist in the worldKey points;Don't pick up calls and when they do they hang up mostlyWaiting time is unbelievableThe customer service is abysmal and shockingThe manners of these people are appallingDon't give right prescription and will let you travel all the way back home without saying anythingDont give correct amount of prescriptionHonestly don't know how they still have their licenseI'm going today after being yet again unable to have my call answered to correct the rest of my prescription as they have managed YET AGAIN to do it wrong and not give correct amount, I'm going in person and I 100% know they won't make it easy, but I don't care as they may just be unable to think for themselves and I must teach them the basics again.They don't understand how the affects peoples lives and quality of life.I will update when I have my prescription

Benjamin was the sweetest of souls. He is so knowledgeable about drugs and directed me to which I should take. He's an angel. He contemplates which drugs I would need and which places I should go. He's a angel.

This Pharmacy is one of the best Independents in the town. Staff are really helpful and friendly.

Used one time. Never again. Bad Manners of Pharmacist. Had to wait a week for them to provide prescription. Customer are left waiting a very long time. This lot just don't have a clue. Best Pharmacy in Derry is Sweeny Chemist. Next best is MacCafferty. But Murphy's are definitely the worse by far.
