Well, after over a month of living on board my new Narrowboat, Georgia on My Mind, I'm finally leaving a review. Apologies for the delay.It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Promarine Finance and from the moment I made contact with Julie, I can not fault the service. An absolute breath of fresh air dealing with a company which is clearly customer centred and also genuinely interested in boats. The service received is very personal to your needs, being handled by humans rather than computers. Julie was fantastic during the initial application, and then when this was passed to Pauline for sorting the final details, Pauline was extremely patient and reassuring during the whole process. I was constantly kept up to date with everything so I knew what was going on at all times.It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Promarine Finance and I thank them for their support. Pro-marine have been a brilliant team in helping me buy my first Narrowboat 'Tui'. It's been quite an eventful journey to purchase a boat but pro-marine have helped me every step of the way to get my dream boat! They're very supportive and knowledgeable in the buying process and even in owning a boat. Julie C and Pauline have been fantastic to work with, and have been very encouraging and patient whilst things were organised, surveyed and checked over.
