Delivery is a mess, left a note that has to delivered after 10am. They said they will try without mentioning that change delivery time will cost me 90£

Another excellent experience at Middlebrook store Bolton. All the staff are welcoming and extremely helpful. We buy off Ash every year and he is great nothing is never to much he always gives us the best service. Wouldnt go anywhere else

We originally purchased the sofa and matching footstool due to the warm welcoming staff and sales people. However their after care is awful. After half my order went missing we were accused of stealing it-despite their customer service team calling me to say they had lost the footstool. 2 weeks later still no luck.So I popped into store twice to speak to a manager Neil. Unfortunately I was promised to call backs- weeks later this still hasn’t happened. It’s a shame because his sales staff are lovely but now I would not recommend purchasing from Sofology.

Just placed our order on our dream sofa with Jane at Bolton. As very indecisive customers she has been so patient with getting us to what we wanted! (Even if it meant reorganising the show display so we could see the exact dimensions of the emperor which is already the largest one in store!) we was worried about ordering in store as online always seems easier but on both occasions we have been in she has been so lovely and so helpful. So glad we got Jane to finalise our order, wouldn’t have gone with anyone else! Thank you again for all your help. Leah & Paul x

Not the staffs fault as they tried, but the quality if furniture is poor, the sofas are uncomfortable bar the odd one. One had a price tag of 2.2k and I may asell of sat on a breezeblock on top of this the fabric that's offered is cheap and tacky

Top marks for Bolton store staffBeen into the store today and purchased a sofa. Stuart was extremely helpful and informative, without being pushy. We also spoke to Russell on our first visit over a week ago, who was also fantastic. We can't comment on delivery etc as yet, fingers crossed!
