Now I’m quite happy to tell people about my experiences now but that’s not why I’m leaving this review. My counsellor Claire was honestly the best thing that could’ve happened to me when I was at rock bottom. Her approach, her professionalism, just her as a person allowed me to feel safe, normal and to know that everything I was feeling was ok! If it wasn’t for Claire, this would be a completely different story! Words cannot describe how thankful I am for her! Thankyou so much!

I've had a phenomenal experience from start to finish. They offer good value for money, quick access to assessments and take a person centered approach to treatment. Lovely relaxing atmosphere in the office, I would highly recommend and already have! Also each member of the team I've spoken to or dealt with have been amazing, kind, empathetic and genuine.

I came to istraker almost one year ago after being recommended by a friend. I am so glad I did. From the beginning they have been so supportive and compassionate. I chose to have sessions alongside my medication reviews and Victoria helped me not only learning about my new diagnosis but more importantly she helped me accept myself. It's been a long and hard journey. I am so glad that I have done it.

My experience of IStraker has been similar to the other reviewer who gave one star. A somewhat rushed assessment, very poor communication and client care, and a poorly written report. However, Ishbel has since contacted me herself regarding my complaints, and I'm satisfied with the way she and her colleagues have dealt with them. Hopefully, their recent drop in standards was just a temporary issue.

I had my therapy sessions with Selina, who was absolutely brilliant at helping me through my ADHD diagnosis and working with me to manage it.I was not knowing what to expect at first, not ever having had therapy before, but Selina made me feel at ease and I felt comfortable talking to her straight away.I can’t thank her enough for helping me through everything!

I used I Straker to understand my autism diagnosis and how it affects me. I've been talking to Selina, and I must say how much of a positive effect she has had on my life. For the first time I am finally starting to understand how I feel, why I do and what I can do to manage myself. Since doing so, I feel that I am making more positive steps in my life than ever. I can't thank I Straker enough, and more importantly I can't thank Selina enough, she's been so patient and knowledgeable which has pointed me in the right direction and allowed me to put the work in to make these changes.
