I need to take my pension out having recently retired, not being good online I need to talk to someone having spent time on the phone waiting for someone to answer first 1hour 20 minutes secondly 25 minutes finally getting to speak to a person only to be told they could not help and couldn't put me through to someone who could as all the lines were busy I would have to call back, if I ever do get my money out I would never ever put so much on 1p in the Prudential
