Had some watch batteries fitted while I waited. Good service.

Picked up my gold bracelet today, which I had taken in on the 3rd of May for a repair. Almost 6 weeks and several phone calls enquiring first when I would receive a quote for the repair and then upon the status of my repair. Always getting an excuse and a promise to check,but never a call back. Not impressed with the service or the repair.Will not use again and would not recommend.

Excellent service, nothing too much trouble and a very honest man. He kindly ordered me in an additional watch strap link and then did not charge the agreed price as he didn't pay that. Will use this shop for all my jewellery needs in the future a traditional honest jewellers.

my mother having taken my inherited ring to this store to get a price of it's worth and possibly a sale (this is something I have always struggled with, being on the autistic spectrum this would of been something I would of found hard to manage on my own.)a price and was agreed upon for the sale of my grandmothers ring so I made my way to the store across town to meet my parents 5 to 10 minutes after a price had been agreed. the owner of the store proceeded not to even greet us as we entered the store only to make the statement that he was no longer interested" because of "watching his spending" (later to be publicly posted this wasn't the case)when my mother chose to leave a review following my upset (as change is a big thing when suffering from autism it can throw your day totally on its head when your led to believe one thing and then it's very quickly changed to something else with next to no explanation) the owner states "he wasn't comfortable when a third party offered the ring for sale with no identification"however this wasn't the case as explained in my previous comment he stated in person "he was watching his spending" even making the suggestion my mother and father could send identification in the post to himso my advice to anyone potentially selling to the owner of this store would be to try some of the other more welcoming jewelry stores local to hand as the owner doesn't seem to know his own reasoning for his actions"

Have popped in on several occasions recently for minor issues with watches. Both nick and andrea always happy to help. Genuine service with a smile.

I've had excellent service and advice for my old watch. I hesitated trying somewhere new but now feel it will be in safe hands here

I called in to have a few items valued and Nick could not have been more enthusiastic and helpful. I didn't know his name was Nick before I went, but while I was there two or three customers popped in to collect items or request adjustments and they all knew him by name. They obviously keep returning as I certainly will. A great local business.

Went in for some advice and was very impressed with the customer service, extremely helpful.Did not buy anything, but will be making a purchase in the future of a puzzle ring.
