I got in touch with Vanessa whilst pregnant as I was interested in using essential oils for my labour. We discussed the scents I liked and what I was looking for, so Vanessa suggested oils that would work well to relax me during labour and post. I was keen to have a massage oil too that could be used to help soothe my aching muscles and I have to say, Vanessa got it spot on. The bespoke products she made for me worked perfectly in making me feel more relaxed.I have also visited Vanessa for aromatherapy massages in the past and I felt at ease throughout. Vanessa was great at really understanding my needs and is a true professional.

I've been going to Vanessa once a month for two years after having my first baby. She is a fantastic masseuse who tailors her treatments to your body's needs there and then. She is full of helpful advice about how to maintain the effects of your massage in the days following and I particularly like that she really works into the muscles deeply to relieve knots and tensions. Latterly, I've been having pregnancy massages and I'd highly recommend these too!

During lockdown I was introduced to Vanessa’s self massage classes and was amazed by how easily I fell into that massage state of relaxation. It’s the next best thing to the real deal and Vanessa teaches you techniques that you can use when you need it. Vanessa is very knowledgeable and takes an holistic approach about the body, it’s mechanics and the uses of essential oils and aromatherapy. I highly recommend joining one of Vanessa’s self massage classes - it’s a great way to learn some self care that you can then use at any time.

It’s always a treat to see Vanessa, she is very calm and makes you feel instantly at ease. She is also highly knowledgeable about what will help and she was able to diagnose and treat the cause of my back pain quickly. Vanessa is also fantastic at creating essential oil blends, I would highly recommend her.

Vanessa is a fantastic massage therapist. She does a thorough consultation to understand your needs and select the correct oils to suit your situation (which always smell divine.) Her massages are the perfect mix of firm and relaxing, and I always leave feeling lighter, calmer and much less sore.I would also thoroughly recommend Vanessa’s beauty products. The Shea body butter is a gorgeous consistency and leaves your skin so soft and smooth, and the bespoke hand wash is the best smelling I’ve ever used!

Vanessa is incredibly gifted. She makes her own oil blends which are beautiful and the icing on the cake, you choose which is appealing to you most on a given day, the scents are subtle and really well balanced. Her massage is skilful, gentle and really effective. Vanessa’s strength of touch is always just right, though she always checks in to make sure, she has good intuition and magic in her hands.She is without question, one of the best therapists I’ve ever had and certainly the best masseuse.
