The Range
It has almost everything a house needs. Moreover, the prices are quite affordable. In particular, there is a wide variety of home accessories. And for all liking. You can find shiny things and simple things. For your holiday, for your garden, for your storage containers, school needs, ... there are beautiful and practical alternatives.

The Range
Excellent customer service from Sarah on Monday 27th November. Helped us with the purchase of a Christmas tree that was out of stock. Found out that we could buy the display model and then took it apart and bagged it up for us as well as escorting us to the till , all done with a smile and a very friendly attitude. Lovely till staff, too. Thank you !

The Range
The shop is OK but if you have to return something that is faulty you ring the store to see if it is OK to return it, you then have to ring customer services, who are not very helpful, you then have to go online to report what is wrong. Eventually you leave an e mail and then have to wait. It has now been a week and we still have not heard anything.

Help! I'm trapped in The Range and I can't leave!Jokes aside the place is really nice. They sell literally everything here from beds to frozen food.Staff were really nice at the till which can be an indication of the state of management. Fans everywhere while in a heatwave to keep everyone inside cool.

The Range
Whilst it is a huge store it was very disorganised and chaotic. It didn't have what i had travelled in for and i found it very disappointing. Staff seemed helpful enough though and cheerful which to me makes it look outwardly a good place to work. It makes me want to ring ahead in the future to check stock before using fuel on a wasted journey. Not that i can guarantee anyone will actually go and look for me.The iceland part of the store was a bit bleak too. Most of it was empty and not a great deal of choice of what was left.Overall just a bit of a let down!I did however come away with some unexpected items that i never knew they sold (make up) so not an entire wasted trip.

I was helped by a very kind gentleman at the Range today - he was able to help me carry a heavy unit downstairs and to my car, after price checking. Euan (or possibly Rupert… my hearing is awful!) was a credit to your company - please pass on my thanks! The rest of the team were also very helpful.

I've always enjoyed my trips to The Range, but on this occasion it seemed to me that their stocks were low in certain places. I had washing powder/capsules/liquid on my list, and there was practically no choice of any brands. I had to go to the Old Town Co-op where I found what i wanted!

Our first time going to the Range. We were after a large rug, and the choices were great, including the price. Great place for all shopping. Everything you need under one roof. Friendly staff, I would definitely go back again.

It's ok. Not too many discounts and offers. Well arranged though. Didn't exactly have any staff interaction for now. So no idea how they are. But they seemed good and helpful to other customers. Less range of options to choose from.
