Honestly if I could I would give 0 stars.Most unprofessional and unreliable company I ever booked a taxi with.I booked a taxi to take me to Gatwick for a flight. I called the company in the morning to confirm. They said yes of course no problem.30 mins before I was supposed to leave my assigned driver calls me saying there’s too much traffic and he won’t get there in time. But to cal the company cause they will assign me a different/closer driver.I call the company to change the drivers, multiple advisors and they are all useless. They kept says that the driver is close although he told me himself saying he won’t make it in time. Once they understand they say they will call me back when another driver is close.I wait and I receive no call, I call them back and get them to put me through someone that can actually help. The guy on the other end, a manager I assume, it’s rude and unhelpful. Saying the only driver nearby is my assigned one and to just WAIT. By then the taxi wouldn’t have arrived until 9.30. 45 mins late for my booking.I could have booked a different taxi if they told me at the beginning that they didn’t have a car nearby but no they wanted to keep the money so they just lied.

Prompt and friendly service. Clean and comfortable car, driver was professional and got us to our wedding venue on time. Value for money too. One downside is that there is a 5% discount advertised but I rang and no one was able to apply it. Feels like something they should do better to reward returning customers.

I had used this company a couple of times before but although the service was on time the communication was poor so you were never sure whether the trip would go smoothly. This time however I received confirmation of the booking by text,a call the day before travelling to confirm the booking and a call from the driver on the morning of the trip to confirm the car type and time The communication made all the difference this time and much smoother experience in general as less anxiety was built. Overall would use them again!

Excellent service as always. Very professional driver on time. Car was very comfortable and clean. Can thoroughly recommend Angel Cars for any journey. Cheapest car service. One very happy customer

I've used them 3 times. The first time was great. Second time they cancelled on me a few hours before my trip but were very apologetic and refunded me straight away. The third time they cancelled on me again a few hours before as they had no driver. Two weeks later still no refund. Every time I call they tell me they will refund by the morning. Put me through to an 'accounts' department who were all in a meeting. They don't deny they owe me a refund they just haven't done it. No idea why. Wouldn't use again and unfortunately have had to report them.

Very rude, poor services, unprofessional. Impolite people at this angel taxi stuff.They just cancelled my booking for no apparent reasons, leaving me stranded in London . I don't recommend this angel taxi. By the way they should change their angel name, because they got nothing to to with angels at all..God thanks for me I had another taxi with another prestigious London taxi company. At times God work in mysterious ways.

Despite pre-booking an airport pick-up - and receiving a text confirming the cab was on its way - it didn't turn up. I had to contact the firm to find out they'd cancelled my booking. Will not use this firm again. Totally unreliable.

Booked a cab for airport transfer 2 weeks ago.Checked with them on the status of booking 1 day prior to the travel, it was confirmed.On the day of travel, I got a message stating the driver will be 45 mins late than the time of booking.If the case was reverse, I would have been charged hefty price for waiting.I asked the support guy, if they could drop me without missing my flight, for which they were unsure- I still waited for the driver, as I didn't have any other last minute options. I was able to catch my flight.Be aware of this point while making booking with them.

Another brilliant experience. Simple booking process and another driver with great attitude, positive, real and committed to great customer. Always great, very real conversation too. Highly recommend.

Driver was very nice but was distressed that had to drive away a long way to pick me up and the mileage he was being paid was less than what google maps was showing. Sounds like a valid point and maybe should review if fares are charged correctly making it fair for everyone
