Asked him to assess a property and advise on works required. Much to my -positive -surprise he suggested that in the first instance no work is required.He then issued an assessment with his opinion, based on objective measurements he took with specialist instrumentation.I would like to point out in particular how honest he was. He could easily charge me thousands of pounds for unnecessary repairs, and he didn't.Highly recommended.
