Nice old pub with a good atmosphere. Good selection of drinks. Table service only which felt unusual for a pub but worked well - it was quite quiet when we visited however

We had a really grumpy welcome, told in no uncertain terms to sit down, table service only. I wanted to say hello to the beautiful British Short-haired cat on the bar but was afraid to. Another couple came in and asked if the cat was about, but then left after another frosty reception. We then heard the bar maid say 'he's not a funking show cat'. No...if he was, someone might groom the poor lad every now and then, he certainly needs it and is most likely your USP. Would not go back.

Great pub, with a free jukebox with some great sounds. Vintage Ska & Reggae playing enticed us from the street shopping. Meeting Bailey the pub cat is a must too.

Popped my head thru the door and I Love it!!!.Super cool atmosphere and looks like a wonderful place to enjoy tunes and tasty beverages.

I Always pay a visit here in my travels, small cozy old style pub, friendly table service, Bailey the cat is a local celeb. Old school juke box that's free. A few of the draft choices are vegan friendly (Gun and Estrella for example). Like it

Amazing pub with great music , there's a juke box where you can pick songs that you fancy! Great selection of beers and reasonable prices. Staff is polite and happy ro serve, we will definitely come back!

If you end up here on Sunday evening, well ... You will have a quite nice experience. Sundays is jazz, from 8pm till 11pm. The crowd is mixed up, artistically, I would say.... Beers are magnificent (unfiltered, crafted with care, and heavy in hops!). The decorations are interesting and the carpet... Well, the carpet is fantastic ...

Came in with 2 friends who each had a half on a weekday afternoon, because I am a broke student waiting for my next paycheck I asked for a glass of tap water (not bottled water) whilst they had their drinks. Was told that because the pub has to pay water bills and the glass has to be washed after I’m done, I’m asking for things that “aren’t free” and if I can’t afford to be at a pub I shouldn’t be there. (My group were buying drinks.) Super weird and unwelcoming lol
