Very bad experience on there website showing they take AMEX cards when going to pay cashier said they stopped taking AMEX cards when i ask when did you stopped they said they don’t have any idea and they didn’t mentioned anywhere they don’t take Amex cards very bad customer service

Nobody wants to know in here... had 1 helpful staff member the rest were literally walking around hiding from doing anything. Asked for a size in some trainers he didn't even look just walked past and said we don't have that size

The lady that served us did not smile and wasn't very friendly. I was just saying how Bradfordians are very friendly and welcoming but unfortunately this lady wasn't. Trainers were a good price and there was plenty of choice. Definitely needs to improve her customer service skills.

Can't remember her name but the manager there needs a raise or a promotion. Spoken with her a couple of times and she's always gone above and beyond to meet my needs. Will always continue to shop here as don't have any complaints - staff are always amazing!

Zero level of care, after care none existent, poor & shocking management no understanding of customer needs or people skills it’s very badly managed. They have no appreciation of values towards customers at all. Go leeds or Forster square better treatment & stock overall. Terrible & Avoid.

Wanted to try out some joggers for size before buying them. I asked one of the floor assistants and he was kind enough to ask his manager if I can use the fitting rooms. The manager told me that the fitting rooms were closed for the day albeit 40min before closing time! I tried to reason with her to let me try them on quickly, but she still refused with a smirk on her face. So I just left the joggers on the rack and left the store. Will never be visiting JD Sports again if that's the way they treat their customers!
