Order on a regular basis. Have done for the last 6 years. They deliver quickly staff are nice food is piping hot and delicious. Anyone who had a bad experience must have been really unlucky. We have ordered over 100 times and not once had a problem. Give it another try if something went wrong for you.

We order from here all the time and all the other times the food has been amazing, but we made an order tonight and my wife decided to go for something different and ordered a pizza and wedges, the pizza was just under being burnt and there wasn’t much wedges in the container, the only good side is that the burger and chips and kebab was really nice and cannot fault these items at all.

Have had takeaway delivered from Fratelli's every weekend for the past 10 years and 99% of the time things are great. One item in last week's order was incorrect and they went out of their way to make it up to me. Appreciate the great service, thanks guys.

Just ordered a take away as I do every Saturday. The burgers were soggy, chips were cold and the meat on the mixed kebab was chewy and horrible.

I ordered some food over the phone and went to pick it up 15 minutes later. They were quite nice in the shop however when I got home I realised I hadn’t received what I thought I had ordered. I rang the restaurant to ask them if they will change my garlic bread to one that I liked (I dislike garlic bread on its own so wanted it with tomato) and they suddenly became very angry over the phone, began to shout, refused to send me another and blamed it on me ordering the wrong thing, when I know what I like and what I dislike to eat. This should have been the least of my concerns at the time and shouldn’t have been made into an issue by them but it was. What a shame.

Yet again order over the phone and wrong pizza sent. Absolute joke they can’t get an order right. Not ordering again who has BBQ sauce on a pizza. Waste of money and time

After waiting 80 minutes for delivery less than half a mile away, one meal was completely incorrect and in edible. Rang straight away to advise and they said they would send another within 10 minutes no problems. 90 minutes later still waiting and now past the point of hungry. Visited Fratelli’s many times over the years as a local. Very very disappointing and will now go elsewhere. This review would be more stars if they had got the order correct, quicker delivery and they actually bothered to re-deliver the correct order as they promised after phoning to advise. Poor service!!

I'd like to start by saying the food was of good quality for a decent price and I personally found the chips to be abosulty delicious. The only down side there was some extras missing from my order and I did have a fairly long wait to get served. I'm sure and hoping this was just a general mistake but will go again to check at a later point.

We ordered a takeaway we’d ordered regularly was bang on until tonight our first was cold the staff were eventually understanding and said they’d replace which they did but even then the kebabs we ordered were cold
