Excellent food as usual very nice spicy flavours. Half chicken is good for one who is super hungry. I would suggest sides as chips and corn. On the other hand they hide the poster mentioning nhs discount and after I paid I asked them can I have this discount and they said I already paid which was ridiculous and managers did not want to help about it. The problem is they hide the poster way behind the counters so they wanted me to pay extra even though I was eligible for a 20 percent discount. I gave 3 because of the food.

I can only give a rating on this dependant on how much I experienced and since I didn't eat here, I can only comment on the sizeable queue which we had to wait in. We were about 3rd in the queue when we got there and then another 2 or 3 people came in after us and nobody came to deal with the mounting queue of customers. The restaurant also wasn't that busy, so why nobody was on the door I don't know. In the end, we ended up leaving and eating elsewhere. I feel slightly unfair leaving this review as I didn't eat here, so I don't feel like it's a rounded review on anything other than customer service. But I do personally feel that such a high number of customers shouldn't be left waiting for ages.

Another day another eat out in Leicester, wanted to try somewhere to eat other than London Road. So headed over to the other side of Leicester city centre.For me its been a long time that I’ve been at a Nando's, so I forgotten how it all works in Nandos. Went inside, a friendly and helpful staff member approached me. I explained to him that I’ve been in a Nando's before but I forgot the ordering process. The kind staff member explained to me how the ordering process works and he went above and beyond to help me out.After this he took me to my table, he presented with me the Main menu and drinks menu. I went for the four boneless chicken thighs this comes with two sides, I chose chips and flavoured rice both of these were regular portions. And regards to the drinks I chose the bottomless option, as per my favourite the classic coke.The food was to be expected between fine to good quality. However the four boneless chicken thighs, were only the front part of the thigh and not the other parts of meat, which I found this not value for money. Maybe I was better off ordering the ½ chicken.My experience here at Nando’s is a good one, but you may need steep pockets when purchasing their food.

Fantastic service! Most of the food was great. The chicken just needed longer on the grill and a tad more sauce. Place could do with a slight clean although the cobwebs are quite apt at this time of the year!

Ate at this place prior, and the food is always great. Fantastic taste and atmosphere, open and airy inside, and quick and efficient service.The only reason for the four stars is the price. For the quality of food served and portion sizes, I do feel it’s over priced compared to other spots I’ve dined of similar calibre.Overall great food and great spot to eat.

Love Nandos! I am a chicken guy myself, so I always enjoy anywhere I can get really nice and spicy chicken. I got the family platter, and it had this really nice 2 whole chickens and large side dishes. I and my crew were really hungry, lol, so the side wasn't enough for us, so I mentioned it to the guy serving us food. To my surprise, he gave me a free regular side, and that made my day. Never had such happen to me before.Besides, the ambience was really cool, the staff are professional and friendly and I had a nice time there. Nice place to take family and really kids friendly too.

Quick and efficient service.Portions are not bad for a price but are far from good value for money. Also, a few items out of stock on our visit.Variety wise, quality and value for money, unfortunately after having dined in Nando's abroad, all UK branches I've been to are nowhere near as good.

Went to Nandos to eat on the 13thdec 2023. Food was perfect. The lady that seated us was great as she managed to get us a booth. The gent who served us was excellent. They made my night as it was my birthday and I got free cake at the end of our meal. No way they knew it was my birthday. Thank you Nandos Leicester Highcross

Love this place and the atmosphere but don't like the questionable queueing for table. Wen I saw plenty of free tables but were dirty... But that downside. Upside.. Food great and come fairly quick..Price wise is a bit on the expensive side and mate said afrikaans has same food.. But good thing about nando's is plenty of sauces on tap.. Lovely jubly

Food was great, portion sizes were just right, didn't have to wait long for anything. Lovely atmosphere and extra helpful staff, nothing was too much for them to sort out.
