We hired Goldoak at the end of April 2021 to clean out the gutters and roof overhang areas of our house together with an overall cleaning of our attached conservatory.Having spoken to and arranged a visit by Leighton, he arrived on time and carried out a thorough cleaning of all the agreed areas of the house and when completed our house looked like new.We are so pleased we found him as we thought it would have been necessary to engage separate cleaning for the house and conservatory.Leighton turned out to be extremely diligent as well as being both trustworthy and personable.We have no hesitation in recommending his services and will certainly employ him again on an annual basis.

Leighton provided me with an excellent service today. He cleaned out gutters at the back of the house which were difficult to gain access to with his tall ladder. The amount charged was very reasonable, too.

Leighton has provided a cleaning service at our properties since 2017. We first contacted him requesting a quote to clean the guttering on our Neath premises; this was a difficult job due to the restricted vehicular access of the site as a result of the pedestrianisation of the area. Out of three companies who we approached, Leighton provided the most competitive quote and undertook the work promptly and professionally. He provided details of his public liability insurance without hesitation. He is now responsible for undertaking the cleaning of all our buildings, and whatever task we ask of him he completes to a high standard.
