Maid2Clean Burnley

Excellent service. Janet at maid2clean managed to set us up with a cleaner who had experience in what we were asking for in our clean. She also was very responsive to our questions. The cleaner cane and did a superb job beyond what we expected. We actually booked her for the minimum 4 hours but in truth it could have been done in 2 hours. However the cleaner stayed for the full 4 hours going over every nook and cranny in detail. Highly recommend!!

I've been fortunate enough to be able to afford a cleaner for some fifteen years, usually self-employed, and sadly the quality of work has usually tailed off after a bit. Through Maid2Clean I gained Myra, who is a real gem. Nobody has checked up on what she does but I guess there's a set of standards she has to keep up to, and I think the monthly fee covers insurance too(?). So yes, no complaints at all. My house gets professionally sorted!

Please avoid this company! They hired a dishonest cleaner who lied about finishing the job! Anyone who needs to see the conversation and pictures of the house are welcome to contact me!I am extremely disappointed with Maid2clean Burnley because their cleaner, Jessica, who had been assigned to my tenanted property was not honest at all. My tenant was in her room and heard the cleaner come in the house for 5 minutes, putting bleach in the toilet and then leaving. My tenant texted me straight away about it, and Jessica texted me later saying the job had been done. When I texted her back for questioning, she started getting angry with me and refused to come back, saying how horrible the house was. I told Janet at Maid2clean Burnley about this unacceptable behaviour, also sending pictures of the house. But Janet refused to believe me and told me to change to another cleaning company, which I don't mind doing at all! Janet also complained about me not knowing how to set up a standing order, which I'd never done before, but I always paid, another reason she wants me to use someone else. This company has rude staff!

I booked a big 'end of occupancy' clean, before I took over my parental home. I had a lovely lady, Monika, from Maid2Clean, who did a sterling job and saved me a lot of heartache doing it myself - both emotionally and time-wise. Maid2Clean were very professional and responsive, and kept in touch with me regularly beforehand. I would highly recommend their services.

We couldn't be any more pleased. Our cleaner is very hard working and polite/friendly, trustworthy and reliable. Some cleaners we have had in the past have been careless, inattentive, rude and rubbish time-keepers, but we have none of these complaints currently. We are really thrilled.

Janet responded quickly to my enquiry and provided great customer service. She organised for Anna to do a deep clean in our new home of the kitchen and bathrooms in less than 48 hours. Anna was superb, she worked really hard and her cleaning was excellent. All the rooms were spotless, so much cleaner and fresher. Very satisfied with the outstanding service.

Having to take on a cleaner is a big disruption to independence. Early days for us but Maid2Clean made the transition so easy, quick professional response and found a cleaner for us who runs through our 3 bed house like a dose of salts in under 2 hours weekly. No complaints.

Used this company for some domestic deep clean work. Straightforward and quick to arrange. Jesse did a very good job, polite, on time and job done above expectations. Excellent value for money would use again and recommend highly.
