Sophie is amazing. We met Sophie when we got our first puppy - Poppy. Which she did puppy visits at first which poppy loved. Then slowly increased this to her group walks. Poppy has now been with Sophie for roughly a year and a half now. Poppy loves Sophie to bits which shows how amazing their relationship is. Sophie helped with more than just dog walking, she helped us navigate being dog parents, training and all sorts of issues (her first season/cuts/injuries). Sophie plays such an important role in our lives, she even helped us decide to get our second puppy Lottie by offering 50% off for a second dog in the same household. She has done the same for Lottie as she did for Poppy and its so lovely to watch them both grow with Sophies help. Lottie was an extremely noise sensitive pup and was unable to walk down our road but now is extremely confident with Sophies help. Our girls would be lost without Sophie now. She really does care for your dogs as if they are her own. Sophie is so much more than our dog walker, she is a valued friend.

I would happily recommend Sophie who stepped in with no notice to look after my cat whilst I was away. She could not have been more professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. She provided regular updates of photos and a video whilst I was away which gave great comfort. However most importantly my cat could not have been happier she was looking after him; in fact I’m sure he is disappointed I am back from my holiday and Sophie isn’t visiting. Creaturekind provides a wonderful, professional pet sitting service. Sophie was happy to feed our cat morning and evening, whilst we were away. It was so nice not to have to leave our young cat in a cattery. She also received lots of fuss and Sophie sent us updates whilst we were away, so the children could see what Minnie was up too!

Sophie was brilliant at looking after our house, dog and cat while we were on holiday for two weeks. She is most reliable and professional and great with the animals; we were regularly sent photos of what they were getting up to!Our dog is totally blind and on lots of medication but we we were able to totally relax on holiday, knowing that he and the cat were in excellent hands. The house was also spotless when we got back! We’ll definitely be using Creature Kind again! Thank you Sophie.
