We had lemon sole with longustine and a mornay sauce. It was haute cuisine. Fish was so fresh and a decent thick fillet. Hey you can't eat in a good fish restaurant so buy quality fish..

Thank you for the superb Hake I bought today. Very fresh and moist. Baked it with a herb & garlic breadcrumb crust. Absolutely delicious.

Brought some mussels today for me and my house mate. Never been here before and lived in norwich 4 years. Absolutely fantastic. Mussels didn't take much cleaning and were all big and fresh. Just fried some butter, garlic and oinoins then added white wine, steamed on a high heat for 4 mins and then added cream. Didnt have to chuck one. Delicious. Got some king prawns to cook tomorrow. Can not wait.

Always buy my locally caught king scallops and prawns from here every time I visit for Christmas (Aussie tradition!) and they are always amazing, staff here always very friendly as well!

Sounds like that one comment is from a vegan who diesn’t Know anything about seafood! This place is great with super friendly and helpful stuff, excellent fresh and delicious seafood of all sorts. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could!

City fish has the most amazing range of fish - I lived in southern italy on an island in the Mediterranean and we never saw fish like this ! They are also really helpful on giving suggestions on how to prepare the fish - particularly the more unusual ones .
