Great little gym stocked with well thought out kit. Derek as a trainer brings a lot of knowledge and experience and adds as much value as possible. Friendly vibe to the gym too. Highly recommend them.

My partner and I visit Spike Fitness every week to attend a Boxercise class. We hadn't done any fitness classes before, but Kim has been a fantastic trainer and encourages us to push ourselves every time. My favourite exercise in particular is the 'Nutcracker', which leaves me aching afterwards!Spike Fitness is a cosy gym, both Kim and Derek are brilliant to be around. Thanks, guys!

After just a month of sessions with Kim, I could not recommend this place highly enough. I'm so impressed with how much my fitness levels have increased... With very little pain! Kim has far more faith in me than I do and is encouraging and supportive. The gym is small and happy, we always laugh till we cry at least once a session and I look forward to it each week. Spike Fitness is just the best. It's the furthest gym from my house but well worth the effort!

Amazing Gym. Loads of great kit, really welcoming to everyone. Derek & Kim really know their stuff and make the whole experience incredibly enjoyable. They are clearly very passionate about everyone achieving to the best of their ability and always super helpful and happy to spend time making sure you get the best from your workout

Great place to train, I can’t recommend them enough. I have been training with Derek for 10 months, his knowledge and planning is amazing, whilst always making it fun. I have gone from consistent injuries and flip flop training, (before joining spike fitness), to a structured routine designed specifically for me. I am now much fitter and far more active in my daily life.

A brilliant gym with a supportive community atmosphere. Kim and Derek are true experts and always happy to guide you and recommend adaptions and progressions. This gym oozes positivity, so many times my abs have got a bonus work out from laughing with the gang! Cannot recommend spike fitness enough. Thank you team SF!

I love training at Spike Fitness. The Personal Trainers Derek and Kim are really friendly, helpful and put everyone at ease, regardless of whether you're a professional athlete or a complete fitness newbie. It's one of the only gyms I've ever been to that's actually fun and a great place to be.
