Very many thanks for helping me with the purchase and set-up of a new computer. Josh was so patient and helpful; he spent a lot of time with me both in Ilkley and by phone to me at home.In addition he investigated an old computer which had failed. He recovered a lot of date from the memory discs which had been mysteriously wiped clean!I am so glad that Court Computers and Josh had been recommended to me. I cannot rate this business too highly. I had got into a real mess with my laptop and been struggling for a while to put it right myself - serious mistake. Thankfully a friend recommended Court Computers and as soon as I spoke to Josh, I knew everything would be sorted out. He is very easy to talk to and so good at his job. A price is given in advance - very reasonable I have to say - with the promise that if anything extra comes up it will be communicated before progressing. So no nasty surprises. The work was carried out more quickly than expected and I was lucky enough to get my computer back the same day.A first class service from really friendly people - Josh the tech wizard and Jen who looks after everything else.

Needing to update from Windows 7 to 10 I thought it was time to update my desktop and laptop too. After doing a bit of research I found Court Computers, and, preferring to support local businesses if they can deliver on service and price, I decided to pop in for a chat. Josh was very knowledgeable, helpful and amenable. I ended up buying both a desktop and refurbished laptop and Josh subsequently set them up for me at home. I've had no problems since and would certainly recommend them both for home and business use.

Brilliant service from Josh for helping me with my macbook. Great customer service, talked in simple language not trying to blind me with technical terminology. Really helpful and saved me a journey into Leeds to the Apple Shop. Great value for money and would recommend the service and speed of response by Court Computers.

He provided such brilliant service and good value for money when my partner had major issues with her iMac that I brought in my MacBook for service and again he did an outstanding job. We cannot rate this business too highly and recommend his support to anyone no matter your device.

Happy to recommend Josh and Court Computers. He did an excellent job upgrading us from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 when we initially feared we would have to shell out on a brand new computer. He quelled our fears and dealt patiently with all our questions. A very good resource indeed!

I highly recommend Josh/Court Computers. Great service - friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient and speedy. Josh identified the issue with my Lenovo laptop and fixed it - a new hard drive and increased RAM. The results are fab. It's never worked properly so thank you Josh!
