Coral Windows & Conservatories

Had a conservatory fitted a few weeks ago. Can't fault them from the initial advice to finish. A very professional job well done. We would recommend them to everyone.

on making the initial enquiry very professional and helpful in ensuring they did cover my area once that was established asked about what I required and was told as I only needed 1 privacy window (large) they would call me back to see if they could help as be more worth their while for a full house etc... but would ring back within 10 - 20 minutes to let me know. I never recived the call back so I guess they have decided the job is not big enough which is fine but thr call back is just common courtesy. Read your bio Glad you have progressed and grown as a company that is amazing how you don't have to rely on small jobs anymore. please remember smaller jobs well done often lead to bigger.

Coral Windows did a fantastic job replacing my windows and doors so quick and efficient great lads also did all the work in a day instead of two days absolutely pleased with the outcome of the work that was involved, would recommend to anyone who needs windows and door replacement.

Appalling. Avoid. We’ve had a number of issues with Coral, these include:1. Substantial damage to the original Victorian door frame which was dismissed as inconvenient2. Rude fitters who let themselves into our property without our permission3. Unfinished installation (the sealing wasn’t done and hasn’t been done)We were also told by the sales staff that the above would be resolved so long as we signed to say the work was complete, which we did in good faith, but have since been ignored, despite numerous calls and emails.

From the moment we ordered the window, the survey, and matching the colours to our victorian style and the fitting we could not be more happy.

Excellent service from start to finish. No pushy salesmen and polite and friendly fitters. Don’t waste your time with cowboys to save a few quid like we have in the past.

Sales rep provided detailed information about the options available and was very professional. The fitters worked very well and left the job clean and tidy, and explained how the patio door worked. Overall a great experience.

Excellent Service from start to finish. Windows and doors fitted to a total of 4 family homes. Dave the salesman's wasn't pushy at all. In fact, he was as honest as possible. None of that 'let me phone my boss and see if we can get a bigger discount scam'.Paul the sales manager was very friendly and was open to discussing quotes from other suppliers and as promised, beat the like per like quotes.Stephen the installation manager on 2 of the projects was very helpful with any inquiries and kept on top of the work.The icing on the cake for us were the fitters themselves. Absolutely fantastic lads. Chris, Andy and Dave, very professional and courteous. Really respected your house and made sure that they didn't leave any mess behind. If they weren't happy with the way something looked, they recommended alternative solutions. Quality of the products installed and the 15-year guarantee made it an easy sale. Highly recommend Coral for your window and door needs.

The surveyor talked us through the fitting process and what to expect.3. Andy and Chris the fitters, installed the windows, external door and patio doors with efficiency and good workmanship. They were polite and communicated with us throughout explaining what was happening.4. Coral Windows asked for NO money to be paid until all the work was finished to our satisfaction. Any company that has this level of confidence in their products and staff gave us complete peace of mind when spending such a large amount of money.
