Ordered an expensive dress and jacket £400+, which was squeezed into an A4 bag and posted. I piece of tissue paper. Arrived very creased (fabric cannot be ironed). On contacting them, I was asked if I had a steamer?! No care had been taken to wrap the items. Needed for a wedding and no time to look for something else. Appalling service for an expensive outfit. I would never order online from them again.

Excellent customer service, dress arrived in 3 days time. Exactly what I ordered and so nice to be able to buy an Irish Designer dress. Great advice given by customer service re: sizing, really appreciated that. Can't wait to visit the store in person. Keep up the great work!!!

Hi. I have ordered quite a lot of items from Style Boutique on line..from dresses..tops ..jumpers… and trousers ..extremely happy with all of my outfits … if I had to return anything to them .. very efficient with my returns.. my refund would be in my account within 3days…staff very helpful when I contacted them.. There new jewellery is beautiful that they have just brought out .. the only complaint I have is the bracelets are very small fitting…but overall I am very happy with everything that I have received ..Well done..
