Fantastic company - easy to contact and nothing too much trouble. Updates on the day of party on delivery time and no rush to pack up at the end allowing the children to play for a little longer on the equipment. Did everything I asked and more! Made the day easy knowing I could trust they would be there on time - and they were.Highly recommend, will be using again for sure!

Really pleased with Rock It Inflatables. It took me ages to find a baby shark bouncy castle and soft play, especially pink for my daughter's 2nd birthday. They were really helpful with my booking, they gave me a call on the day to update me with delivery time etc. I would definitely recommend and hire again in future. We hired the jungle themed party pack that came with soft play for my baby’s first birthday party. I had a few questions along the way and Clair always answered them by email within 2 hours. The communication was great from my enquiry all the way to the end, I received two emails leading up to the party to double check all the details was correct or if I had anything that needed changing. The day before we received a text message to tell us the time the soft play would be delivered. The three men that delivered the soft play and bouncy castle was very polite and professional. Nice quick delivery and everything was checked before they left eg if we was happy with where it was and confirming the pick up time. Even when collecting they was quick and again very polite.I would definitely recommend these as they made us at ease the whole way through and what you see online and book is exactly what you get.Brilliant company

I ordered the princess package (bouncy castle/soft play) for my daughters 1st birthday party. It looked really lovely when it was all set up & the kids all had an amazing time. It kept them fully entertained throughout the party. The equipment was all really clean & delivery/collection was all on time. The staff were really friendly & I will definitely be using again :)
