Bleak Hall Community Recycling Centre
Getting there was a bit confusing. A clearer signage would help. I turned up 35 minutes earlier than my appointment but I was admitted in, by friendly staff; directed to where to park; great distancing between cars and members of public depositing their items. When I needed help it came instantly. Overall a smooth transition with no problems. Just book through the council website

Staff all very helpful and always give a hand to offload difficult items.I am having problems logging on to your web site. Until now had always been so easy, can’t enter “Title” and “Date of birth” seems to offer the current calendar as the only option.

It's easy to book no que rage or wasted time getting into tip barrier that automatically opensand lets you in, friendly and helpful staff to help or advise. No people walking in and barging past you no business waste so you do not have to wait for them to unload a truck or van. An easy to book and use service.

Good booking system, clear bays, helpful staff. Sometimes nails screws and debris im the parking areas...not helpful for tyre health!

Once booked on the council website, all is pretty straightforward. If in any doubt t as to where to out waste, there's always someone there to help and advise.

Very well organised and efficient as always. It was a shame however having to listen to the male staff making inappropriate comments of a sexual nature regarding a woman who had arrived. This is not the 1960s anymore.

Normally I find the team working to be really unhelpful, snappy and rude so I’ve never had much positive to say. Visited this morning and the chap working along with the young woman were really lovely , chatty and helpful. I wasn’t having the best morning so them being so friendly has made a difference to my day.

Very helpful staff. But what I don’t understand is why you have to book a slot and show ID to visit the recycling centre. it doesn’t make any sense and the council wonder why people are fly tipping.
