Appalling. Again. Just missed so many areas that only become obvious when dry!

Car was clean but came away with scratches all across the cars bonnet and rear wing from the sponges (fresh matte scratches that had paint chips coming off).Met with rather hostility after the job was complete and I have reviewed the car.They didn’t respond to the matter in a professional way to my mild complaint and I am disappointed as this would have been my local choice.Very disappointed in this service and did not expect them to flee once confronted.
