Outstanding service this week. Old boiler failed Monday, called Safe Gas Tuesday morning, they had an engineer at the property within the hour then new boiler fitted the next day. The install was tricky, the engineers stayed late to get it done and the quality of the work was brilliant. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone

Safe gas were able to service my boiler promptly and carry out some additional repairs. Very helpful staff, easy to contact and quick, efficient service.

I give Safe Gas a 5* review, because from my first initial call, the service was excellent and the installation of my new water heater was very professional, they were responsive, gave excellent service, were completely professional. They answer the phone, they return emails and they show up when they say they will. I have already booked again for another job.

absolutely atrocious attitude and customer service. my landlady paid for an engineer to come out yesterday morning between 10-12.. no one had come yet by half 12 and my partner called up and turns out they had the wrong address. Another hour goes by, my partner realised he’d been texted 10 minutes ago saying that an engineer was outside banging on the door and buzzing the bell. I was here by myself, patiently waiting and no one had rang the bell. My landlady called the office and were told I ‘probably had my headphones on’ ! I’ve been without heating and hot water for 5 days, I can assure you I was pacing around my flat in silence for 3 hours desperately waiting to have our boiler fixed. The guy rescheduled to come this morning and at 20 past 8 he rudely rang my partner to say he was banging on our door again.. we look out the window and his van is at the end of the street and no one is outside our flat building. My partner told him he could see him banging on the wrong building and had to tell him the correct address AGAIN (after we had confirmed the address multiple times and so had our landlady). The man was SO rude, as were the people in the offices. Embarrassing

Installed a new sensor light for my tenants. It was on permanently until the electrician came back to calibrate the light. I hope they don’t invoice me for the unnecessary electric used for 4 days. I’ll be passing that bill onto Safe Gas.Edit: got a call as a result of this review. Just making up excuses. One business owner to another . Please show accountability. Is it a bad thing to do a job properly first time?

I was very grateful to Safe Gas this morning. They came very quickly in answer to my call and sorted the problem out immediately, while at the same time showing me out to do it if the problem ever happened again. In addition to that they bled all the radiators at no extra cost. Thank you Safe Gas.

The service I had with SafeGas was fine. I think this is the third time I’ve used SafeGas. The engineer explained different settings on the boiler, but he did so very patiently! He also explained the heating controls to me.
