Delicious Açai! I really like how you can make your own and choose from lots of different toppings. I already really appreciate that the granola is gluten and dairy free.Alexandra has also very helpful, answering all of our questions.I also like the seating area, cuz I don't like eating whilst standing/walking.

Finally found a place where they make fresh Açai bowls! The different bowls are delicious, the fruit is super fresh and tasty. A perfect way to threat yourself in the morning, or another time in the day. To make it complete, the staff is super friendly as well! Love this place!

Very disorganised. I waited 30 mins for a bowl (acai + one banana + strawberries) and they don’t give you a number or a name for your order. The açai was also frozen.

We just flew home yesterday from a 9 day family vacation to London (we are from Vancouver, BC). As someone who regularly vacations in Hawaii (Oahu/Waikiki), which as I have come to understand is the Northern Hemisphere capital of Acai bowls, I was pleasantly surprised to sample 3 of your Acai bowls in the course of my trip which I found approaching some of the ones I have had in Hawaii (I liked the Nutty Heaven with Banana) in quality, flavour, ingredients, and execution.The only constructive criticism I would add is the large size could be larger and the Acai appears to be premade then frozen/chilled and as a result it has frozen sorbet consistency which is fine but if it was slightly less frozen (but still not runny) that for me was preferable. This comment however could just be subjective and some may prefer the former. But this was easily forgiven with the fact that you also sell Brownies!Thanks for adding to my experience in London!

I've ordered acai berry consistently for a few months, they're always reliable in quality and amazing on hot summer days :) Can't get enough of it to be honest. Was finally driven to review after good customer service, one of my bowls spilled on a takeaway & they kindly offered to give me a replacement at no charge. Would definitely say to be careful when carrying it home on hot summer days though!The venue itself is also lovely, it even has plugs and USB chargers if you need to charge your stuff while enjoying a snack.
