Not professional talks about clients personal information which was very uncomfortable to hear!! Hair extensions are the worst I've had in so far .Customer service terrible

Ok booked appointment, told by whatsapp 11 pm night before been cancelled. Said i would be given next available date, after few days and ignored messages from me i was told i would be given a date, 2 weeks later nothing. I then ask for a refund £100 deposit, im told will be refunded next day, 4 days later still nothing. Iv had to open a paypal dispute. All in all nearly a month of messing around. I wont be attempting to use them again. Granted people can be off sick, but shouldnt take a month to let a customer know whats going on.

Stunning place that won't fail to make you feel like a princess. I have semi permanent make up with Jerri Jones who puts you at ease and is uber talented. The hair extensions here are out of this world. Fantastic place with great ladies.

Please be very wary using this company for your hair! I have had my new extensions only in for 1 month and has cost me £800 at the time. (Around £7000 in total over the year as each time has not been right) Not only is the colour brassy - the actual extensions are of extremely poor quality and have been shedding since they were put in. I have tried to speak to the salon on many occasions to get this rectified but as I live in Spain they said there is nothing that they can do for me. I am disabled and also spend time in Spain and also live in the UK. Louise said she will not travel back out or come to visit me in my home in Manchester. The job should not have been accepted if it was too much hassle for you to come back and correct it, leaving me very distressed due to the abuse given to me and also I am out of pocket and left with a hideous job of extensions in. You were happy to take the money off me, which came out of my living allowance as I am not able to work and You should be ashamed of yourselves, especially you Louise (owner of company) and I only hope no one else in my position has to deal with a company like this. This is disgraceful.

my mother in law came in for a hair dye and cut and they completely ruined her hair. Her hair has a tinge of green and feels like straw and all i can smell is bleach when i style her hair! i would give a 0 star if it was an option!

Katie saved my hair! And I've been left feeling fabulous! Lovely people, friendly, warm inside, clean, polite staff, and they really explain the steps of what they are doing, and work hard to make each client happy!.

I had been going to LA for about a year and spent over £700 on half a head of extensions.When I first had my extensions fitted, the colour was completely off. The stylist had told me that it would look nice to have lighter colours run through, but they ended up becoming an extremely light and brassy blonde whereas my natural hair is warm blonde/brown. I then had to buy more extensions to match my natural colour, this appointment took months to make and I paid double what I should have even with the original problem being their own fault.When they were fitted the lengths were uneven and seemed to be broken at the ends even though they were supposed to be brand new.They felt like straw and started malting profusely right after the appointment. I went back to get it looked at hoping they would offer to refit the 4 (only a week after fitting!) but I was turned away and told it was 'natural' for the hair to fall out.I tried to express my issues many times with the team but I felt like I was heard but not listened to. I wanted to give the company the benefit of doubt and returned even after the first mishap, but I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience despite paying so much for the service.Please be cautious when using this company girls.
