Only one, very very small dressing room so be aware that you may have to wait. Otherwise it's a fine charity shop

I usually take my unwanted clothes and clutter here. They're always happy to take stuff off your hands. Make sure you sign up for a donor card so that they can claim Gift Aid on your donations. They will keep you informed how much money you have raised.

One of my favourite charity shops in Oxford and for good reason. Tiny but bustling, a fantastic place for stylish, high-quality second-hand clothing, including for formal and semi-formal occasions–I’ve gotten brand name dresses and shoes here at 15% of the tag price. Really solid collection of coats and jackets, tops, trousers for all genders as well as ceramics, pottery, glassware, books, accessories, items for children, etc. Occasionally they also have brand new items at highly discounted prices (think 50% off), donated by brands such as Kate Spade, Seasalt Cornwall, etc. Their volunteers have a great sense of taste and it shows–their cabinet and window displays are a masterclass in colour and object coordination. Always enjoy coming here!

Really disappointed by the woman working here, she stressed me out so much by her constant humming and frantic running around. She constantly was in my way and made me move away all the time until I had enough. I also put my stuff on the chair in which she told me to move them 1 minute later because she was decorating the window? I work in a store as well and this customer service is really not okay. Decorating the window was more important than the customers apparently? Do not recommend

Charity shops have to adapt to the times like everywhere I get that, but the prices they charge in this shop are ridiculous, they are the same as though you were to buy it new. I tried to buy a pair of joggers which were twice stained at the front and was refused a small and reasonable (for the condition) discount based on the fact that the shop seller could definitely sell that brand for the original asking price". Charity shops have become so gentrified that they have lost all their small town appeal and charm. I want to support charity shops and give my money to them but this interaction felt deceptive and disengeniune

Literally the most overpriced charity shop on the planet. They had a used pair of primark pyjamas in there for more than they originally cost if you were bought them new! The staff also well stuck up. Avoid!

I will be avoiding this shop from now on. I live local and regularly donate good, clean items to various charities but have had my bags inspected on donation twice now! They do not accept toys or children's clothes or anything they don’t like the look of.I’ll be walking a bit further down to Sobell who gratefully accept all donations. The prices in this shop are expensive and the staff are rude.

I took some stuff to the Mind Shop today and was met by a frantic woman who was reluctant to take any of the boxes I had lugged down there-she hadn't even checked to see what I had brought. She took a few boxes but said she didn't want the remainder that I had in the boot of my car...she seemed rude and ungrateful. They lost out because there were some great things that were worth quite a bit of money. It has put me off taking anything else to the Mind Shop. The previous couple that ran it for years created such a lovely atmosphere in the shop. I feel to avoid it these days.

Lovely small shop with nicely displayed items in the shop. As it is a small shop some of the items seemed crammed but I can imagine it must be difficult to showcase everything. I think the location was lovely but the items costed a bit too much. Some of the t shirts were £10 and above and felt that as a second hand this could be cheaper. Especially as a student I wanted to buy to help but felt that some of the other charity shops will have cheaper items. Bought a book and it is a good quality so I like this fact :)!
