Ian, Stella and Oliver were particularly helpful, responsive and open to my requests throughout my Tenancy especially with the extension to my stay. One of the best Estate Agents I have ever worked with and would highly recommend their services.

To anyone who is looking to use Samuel miles estate agents DON'T!me and my partner went a view a property and passed all the checks and let two other properties go as we loved there property so much! And they asked when we even wanted to move in etc and started moving forward with removal companies and other stuff then a hour later they told us they sold it. (VERY STRANGE,)!So after looking on line for more houses I saw it still available so I rang on a withheld number and asked if it was still available the owner of the estate agent said YES! so that's when I told him who I was and he got really childish and raised his voice saying we didn't sell it accusing us of lying! and really childish and unprofessionalThere just after money and don't care about customers at all stay well clear!
