PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY FROM HERE!I had an awful experience buying from there store - do not bother shopping here! I bought a ring in late April from one of their Cardiff stores and told me that resizing the ring to my finger would cost extra and take two weeks. Two weeks later, it was not ready. Apparently their jeweller was on holiday, but was back now and I was told to come back next week. A week later, same excuse and was told another week. The week after I went and was told it wasn't ready and it would be ready next week again. I told them I couldn't come next week as I was going home for the Summer, so they told me they were gonna ship it to me within the week.I have been back for 3 weeks and they have just sent it to me. Throughout these weeks, I had to phone multiple times for updates. I was told multiple times it has been shipped when actually it hadn't because the next time I'd call they said it was just shipped 'today'. I was also told multiple times the manager would call me to provide clarity and they never did.After all this, I asked for a refund and they refused and instead gave me a credit note for £10 that expires in 28 days and can only be used in their Cardiff store. Awful experience and if I could rate this 0 stars or below I would.TLDR: Ganesha's employees lied and messed around a customer and provided horrible customer service.

Stumbled upon this shop, on my first trip to Cardiff. So glad I did. They have a great range of beautiful things, good prices and the lady in the shop was lovely.If I ever find myself in Cardiff again, I’ll definitely pop in.

Bought two bracelets that were quite dear in price and was assured they were made out of good materials and quality. One of them broke within the first week and other became discoloured. Avoid

Wandering through a lovely victorian arcade in the heart of Cardiff and stumbling upon this wonderful shop was the highlight of my day! Floor to ceiling is adorned with Nepalese and Indian handicrafts, tapestries, jewelry, gemstones and so much more! Scents of India and ambient music fill the air and transport me back to my travels years ago. Friendly and welcoming staff greet you with a smile! I will certainly be heading back there on my next visit to Cardiff!
